Social media management
Original content produced monthly, scheduled and managed — not reposted stock.
3D social video · Candy Khota'd
What the video shows: a point-of-view shot from behind a laptop in a 3D room with royal-blue walls, where giant cookies and cake pops float around the Candy Khota'd sign. The view swings across the treats, then pushes into the laptop, where a cursor tours the live site: the home page, the menu's photo grid, the Cake Pops page, adding Mellow Yellow to an order, and a question to the Ask Khota helper, “What should I get for a birthday party?”, whose answer fills the screen. No sound.

Vertical video made for social feeds, 2026: a 3D tour of the Candy Khota'd website, and two shorts cut from the College Town Tours promo.
What this is
Social media management here means producing the content, not recycling it. Most accounts fail because nobody is making anything new to post, so the account fills up with stock images, reposted quotes, and holiday graphics that no customer has ever responded to.
The arrangement is monthly. Content is shot in one session, scheduled across the month, and the account is managed between sessions — replies, comments, and messages that need answering. You see what is scheduled before it goes out.
Which platforms are worth your time is a decision made from your business, not from a list. A trades business and a restaurant do not belong in the same places, and paying to post to five networks when two of them reach nobody is a common and expensive mistake.
Where the work happens
Recent social video: a vertical, 3D-rendered tour of the Candy Khota'd website, and 9:16 shorts cut from the College Town Tours footage shot in Fayetteville. The monthly shoot day happens at your business, anywhere in Northwest Arkansas, from Springdale and Rogers to Bentonville and Fayetteville.
How the job runs
Start to finish, so you know what happens next at every point and what is expected from you.
- 01
Account audit
What exists, what has actually performed, and which platforms are worth keeping. Sometimes the recommendation is to stop posting somewhere. That is a real finding and it saves money.
- 02
Content plan
What gets made each month and roughly when it posts — built around what is actually happening in the business rather than a generic calendar of national days.
- 03
Shoot day
One session a month, on site, producing the photo and video for the coming weeks. Same person shooting as is running the account, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
- 04
Schedule and approve
You see the month laid out before anything publishes and can change or pull anything in it.
- 05
Management
Comments, messages, and replies handled through the month. Anything that needs a decision from you comes to you rather than being answered on your behalf.
- 06
Monthly report
What went out, what performed, and what changes next month. Plain numbers pulled from the platforms, with no dashboard theater around them.
What you end up with
Exact quantities and revision counts are written as numbers into your scope before work begins, rather than left to interpretation afterwards.
- Original content
- Photo and video produced for you each month. The number of pieces is stated in the agreement, not left vague.
- Scheduling
- Everything queued and published on the agreed platforms, visible to you in advance.
- Account management
- Comments, messages, and replies handled, with anything requiring your decision escalated to you.
- The files
- You keep every asset produced, in full resolution, whether it was posted or not.
- Monthly report
- Reach, engagement, and follower change, with a written note on what it means and what changes next.
- No lock-in
- Month to month after an initial agreed period. You keep the accounts and the content if you stop.

How the money works
- A fixed price, agreed first
- You approve a written scope and a number before the work starts. It does not move unless you ask for something outside that scope, and then you get the revised figure in writing before it is done.
- Staged payment
- You are never carrying the whole cost at once, and the balance is not due until the work is delivered.
- A point where you can walk
- Month to month after the initial agreed period. Give notice and it stops — and you keep every asset produced up to that point, posted or not.
- You own what you paid for
- Full-resolution files, unlimited use in your own marketing, and for a website the code and the hosting account in your name. Nothing to renew with me and no fee to leave. Third-party costs — hosting, domain, a music license — are yours, and they are named in the scope before you agree to it.
