How much does real estate photography cost?
Prices are set by the home's finished square footage. Listing Photos: $165 (under 2,000 sq ft), $195 (2,000–3,499 sq ft), $235 (3,500–4,999 sq ft), $285 (5,000 sq ft and up). Zillow Showcase: $275 (under 2,000 sq ft), $325 (2,000–3,499 sq ft), $385 (3,500–4,999 sq ft), $465 (5,000 sq ft and up). Prices are before Arkansas sales tax, which is added to the invoice.
How many photos do I get?
Every package includes 25 edited photos for homes under 2,000 sq ft, 35 for 2,000–3,499 sq ft, 45 for 3,500–4,999 sq ft and 60 for 5,000 sq ft and up.
How fast are the photos delivered?
Photos and 3D tours the next business day. Video within two business days.
Do you do Zillow 3D tours and floor plans?
Yes. The Zillow Showcase package includes a Zillow 3D Home virtual tour, captured on a 360 camera and published to the listing, and an interactive floor plan, room by room, linked to the tour — Zillow Showcase listings require one.
