Product, brand, environmental and headshot work, shot on location across the region.

What this is
Commercial photography for businesses in Northwest Arkansas that need pictures of their own work, their own premises, and their own people — rather than a subscription to a stock library that their competitor two towns over is also using.
Five categories cover most of what gets asked for. Product photography on white or in a set. Brand and environmental photography, which means your team working, your building, your equipment, your process. Headshots, either individually or a full staff set in one session. Interiors and premises, for businesses whose location is part of the sale. And commercial work made to a specification supplied by an agency or a manufacturer.
Everything is shot on location in Northwest Arkansas or, for product work, in a controlled set-up. Being fifteen minutes from Rogers rather than two hours from anywhere means a reshoot for one item is a phone call, not a renegotiation.

Where the work happens
Recent shoots: the Candy Khota'd family at their home and product photos of their cake pops and cookies, a listing in Tontitown, and the Joyhouse Coffee storefront in Cave Springs. Location work covers Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, Lowell, Johnson, Tontitown, Cave Springs, Farmington and Elkins, and product and headshot sessions can happen at your business.
How the job runs
Start to finish, so you know what happens next at every point and what is expected from you.
- 01
Shot list
Before anything is booked, we agree what images the session has to produce and what each one is for — website header, product listing, printed menu, social. The list is the contract; it stops a session producing lovely photographs of the wrong things.
- 02
Scout and schedule
For location work I look at the space, or at photographs of it, and pick the time of day the light suits. Interior and exterior sessions are scheduled around that rather than around convenience.
- 03
The session
I bring lighting and do not rely on the room. You get to see frames on screen as we go, so anything that is not working is fixed while the set is still up rather than discovered a week later.
- 04
Selection and edit
I cull, then color-correct and retouch the selects. You see a proof gallery and mark what you want. Retouching beyond standard correction — removals, compositing, product cleanup — is quoted separately if it comes up.
- 05
Delivery
Files arrive by download link in the sizes you will actually use, organized into folders by purpose rather than as one undifferentiated dump of a thousand frames.
What you end up with
Exact quantities and revision counts are written as numbers into your scope before work begins, rather than left to interpretation afterwards.
- Edited images
- Color-corrected and retouched to a standard finish. The number of final images is stated in the scope before the session.
- Two exports of each
- Full-resolution files for print and layout, plus web-sized files compressed and correctly dimensioned for a website or listing.
- Usage rights
- Unlimited use for your own marketing, in perpetuity, in any medium — written into the agreement. Resale or transfer to a third party is the one exclusion.
- Vertical crops
- Where a frame is intended for social, a 4:5 and 9:16 crop is supplied alongside the original composition rather than left for you to crop badly later.
- Revisions
- A defined number of re-edit requests on delivered selects, agreed in the scope.
- Archive
- Originals held for a stated retention period so a later reprint or recrop does not mean a reshoot.

How the money works
- A fixed price, agreed first
- You approve a written scope and a number before the work starts. It does not move unless you ask for something outside that scope, and then you get the revised figure in writing before it is done.
- Staged payment
- You are never carrying the whole cost at once, and the balance is not due until the work is delivered.
- You own what you paid for
- Full-resolution files, unlimited use in your own marketing, and for a website the code and the hosting account in your name. Nothing to renew with me and no fee to leave. Third-party costs — hosting, domain, a music license — are yours, and they are named in the scope before you agree to it.
