Hiring more than one
Most engagements use two or three of these together, and they are cheaper and better when they run as one job.
A site built around photographs taken for that site does not need stock. A shoot day that produces both the brand film and the month of social content is one day, not two. When the same person is planning all of it, the overlap is designed in from the start instead of being discovered halfway through.
