What this site collects.

Only what it needs to answer you, book a shoot, and see how the site and its ads are doing. Here is each piece and who handles it.

The contact form
Your name, email and anything else you type go to Formspree, the service that delivers the message to my inbox. I use them to reply to you.
Real estate bookings
Your name, contact details and the property address go to Aryeo, the booking and delivery system I use, so the shoot can be scheduled, invoiced and delivered.
Visit counts
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and keeps no profile of you.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics also measures visits: which pages are opened, how people found the site (a search, an ad or a link), what kind of device they used and roughly where they are, to the city. I use it to see which pages and sources bring people in. It sets its own cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one, and Google handles the data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google signals and ad personalization are switched off, so it is not used to show you ads, and in the EU, UK and Switzerland it runs without those cookies.
Google Ads
The site loads a Google tag so Google Ads can tell me when someone who clicked one of my ads goes on to send a message, book a shoot or tap my phone number. When you send a message or book, the email address and phone number you entered go to Google too, scrambled (hashed) in your browser first, so Google can match the lead to the ad without seeing them in plain form. Google may set cookies to do this and handles the data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The tag is set for measurement only, not to follow you with ads, and in the EU, UK and Switzerland it runs without ad cookies or your contact details.
Session recordings
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the pages (clicks and taps, scrolling, mouse movement and which pages they open) and turns it into heatmaps and replays, so I can see where the site confuses people. Anything typed into the forms is masked and never recorded. Clarity sets its own cookies to tie the pages of one visit together, and Microsoft handles the data under its privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days unless I save one.
Switching it off
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, neither the Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics) nor Clarity loads at all. A content blocker stops them too. The older Do Not Track setting is not treated separately.
Other sites
Zillow 3D tours open on Zillow's own site, under Zillow's policies.
