CWMedias LLC executes photo, video, and web production under your client relationship. Your name on the deliverable, your contact with the client, and no presence from me unless you want one.
- What can be executed
- Photography — product, brand, environmental, headshots, interiors. Video — brand films, commercial spots, vertical social batches, multi-camera coverage. Web — front-end build, full site build, e-commerce, migrations, and technical SEO implementation. Editing and post can be taken on separately from the shoot where you already have footage.
- White-label posture
- Default is invisible. No watermark, no credit request, no follow-up to your client, no addition of your client to any list of mine. Work delivered to you is yours to present as your own. If you would rather introduce me as a named specialist on your team, that works too — but it is your call, not a condition.
- Files and handover
- Deliverables come to you in whatever the spec requires, including layered or project files where the arrangement covers them. Naming conventions and folder structure follow yours if you send them.
- Entity and paperwork
- CWMedias LLC is a single-member Arkansas limited liability company formed 25 August 2026 under the Arkansas Uniform Limited Liability Company Act. W-9 available on request. Mutual NDAs and your standard subcontractor agreement are fine — send yours rather than negotiating from mine.
- Location
- Based in Springdale, covering Washington County and Benton County and the wider Northwest Arkansas region. Same-region means a half-day pickup shoot is viable, which it is not for a crew traveling in.
