The job
Built on spec to pitch a website rebuild to a husband-and-wife real estate team in Rogers. It is a working site, not a mockup: sixteen listings, a neighborhoods map, buying and selling guides and a team page.
The home page shows one house at a time. Select the front door and the camera walks through the rooms; select the sky for a view from above; select beside the house for the next listing. Every one of those states has its own link, so an agent can send someone straight to the kitchen.
The identity comes from the skeleton key in the team's logo — the buying and selling steps hang on a brass line that ends in the key.
Not commissioned. The listing photographs in these screens are the brokerage's MLS images, not my photography; the walkthrough frame is my own footage of a different house. Listing details were transcribed from the team's existing site.
Website concept
The home-page walkthrough, listing pages, a custom-styled map and the buying and selling guides.
- Sixteen listing pages; on sold homes the call to action becomes “What's my home worth?”
- A Google map in the site's own style, with homes that lack exact coordinates drawn as approximate rings rather than pins.
- Eight-step buying and selling guides laid out along a single timeline.
On a phone
The same site at phone size — where most visitors will see it first.
