The job

Filmed on my own initiative to show what a listing walkthrough looks like: the house room by room, cut to about a minute, ending on the balcony view. The house was listed by another brokerage.

The full edit runs longer; this cut stops before the exterior, where the street address is legible. It is shown without music.

A 69-second walkthrough, cut before the exterior so no address shows. It has no sound.

Video production

What the video shows, in order: the front entry; an open kitchen and living room with dark cabinets, a white island under three woven pendant lights, oak floors and a beamed ceiling; the primary suite with a freestanding tub and a walk-in closet; back past the kitchen to the front door; the stairs; an upstairs bath and a bedroom with a double closet; and a covered balcony looking out over the neighborhood. No sound.
